Arwyn Jones Ceramics values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information I collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. Arwyn Jones Ceramics is run by Arwyn Jones.

This privacy policy explains how I use any personal information I collect about you when you use Arwyn Jones Ceramics including any information you provide when you purchase a product, sign up for a newsletter letter or future event notifications. I collect your name and email address when you opt in to my email list. This data is held in MailChimp and is password protected.

If you purchase a product I collect your name, email address, address, telephone number and IP address. This data is held within Stripe and which are both password protected.

I collect personal data in a variety of different ways including;

• When you email me directly
• Order a product
• Subscribe to my newsletter or upcoming event notifications
• Comment on blog posts
• Automated technologies or interactions: As you use my site, I may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and usage patterns. I collect this data by using cookies, server logs and similar technologies.
